      • The History of Maranatha Ministries

Maranatha Ministries started as a restart of Northeast Community Church. In 2017 Maranatha was located in Northeast Philadelphia on State Road. The ministry relocated to Montgomery County where we rented space in the Best Western Ft. Washington Pa. and the Days Inn Horsham Pa. During our time in Montgomery County we were able to minister to many.

Maranatha had the pleasure to teach and train 7 persons in our New Member New Convert Class. Certificates were awarded and we held a completion Ceremony. When the Covid pandemic hit 2020 Maranatha was forced to close its doors and held only virtual worship meetings.

In 2022 Maranatha moved into the Passi Evergreen Community Center where we held Sunday Worship and was able to minister to many families and indivisibles. In this location Maranath held a Family and Friends Day Service where over 100 persons attended. In October 2023 Maranatha was forced to close its doors due to low attendance. From that time until now we have been holding virtual meetings and ministering to families as needed.
